As Assistant Manager, you will support the following activities:
Build, support and promote a strong community that fosters collaboration among the various teams working in SJ Campus
Create a unique user experience for employees, tenants and visitors through a wide range of engagement tactics including but not limited to events, carnivals, community partnership events
Own and drive the calendar of engagement tactics at SJ Campus, curating them with external and internal stakeholders
Communicate engagement initiatives through a wide range of communication channels and tactics
Curate and oversee customised visitor programmes that includes a campus ambassador programme catering to various audience segments
Identify partnership opportunities with vendors, service providers and community stakeholders and work with them to build a thriving community
Curate and oversee employee-first events to drive employee engagement and experience at SJ Campus
Devise ways to monitor and track engagement levels, prepare regular reports to management
At least five years of experience in community placemaking, hospitality, events or related industries
Passion for meeting people, making connections and serving the community
An entrepreneurial spirit, proactive and self-motivated
A positive personality and can-do attitude
Agility and nimbleness working in a fast-growing environment while keeping excellent attention to detail
Excellent interpersonal skills, able to collaborate efficiently with multiple groups of stakeholders
Excellent standard of written and spoken English
