**Responsebilities:
- Provide videography and photography assistance for Media Management Unit (e.g. Social Media Team, pre-production, production and post-production).
- Carry and set up heavy media equipment for outdoor shoots independently.
- Follow up on the production and post-production after covering event (Internal and External).
- Stock taking and overseeing the inventory audits of digital media equipment.
- Ensure proper tracking and maintenance of all digital media equipment currently in inventory.
- Ensure loan equipment being loaned for Digital Media representatives are in working condition.
- Ensure Handing-Over-and-Taking-Over (HOTO) forms are properly filled up for equipment that are loaned and returned.
- Organise photos and videos in the media sever.
- Ensure workstations are in working conditions and cleared after use.
- Support the digital media needs and requirements of the Authority, including administrative tasks and management of digital files and equipment inventory

**Requirements**:

- Should have a minimum of two years of experience in photography, video production, and editing.
- Good interpersonal and communications skills.
