Lead and manage the operations of the whole finance team
- Manage all accounting operations including Billing, A/R, A/P, GL, Cost Accounting, Inventory Accounting and Revenue Recognition
- Support month-end and year-end close process
- Review the team's work allocation and identify opportunities to develop
- Ensure compliance with statutory audit and audit requirements in accordance with the relevant reporting standards
- Review the consolidated financial accounts in line with the corporate reporting calendar
- Review and ensure proper reporting of the monthly/ quarterly/ yearly financial, management and analysis reports for the company
- Oversee and ensure compliance of statutory and tax requirements of all legal entities
- Responsible to liaise with auditors, tax agents and other regulatory bodies and provide the necessary information as required
- Manage forecasting, reporting, budgets, and consolidation
- Provide coaching and training to the finance team focusing on individual development
- Proven working experience as a Financial Controller
- 10+ years of overall combined accounting and finance experience
- Professional accounting qualifications such as CA or CPA
- Strong leadership with personal integrity and excellent interpersonal communication skills towards building relationships at all organizational levels.
- Highly-organized, proactive, pays attention to details and is results-oriented
- Proficiency in accounting software/ ERP
