**Job Summary**
- Plan & manage SG Medical marketing initiatives, local adaptations and deployment + ensure SG HCP Fieldwork operations within territories, focusing on healthcare professionals (Obstetrics & Gynecologists, Pediatricians and General Practitioners) in both hospitals and clinics.**General Responsibilities**
- Conduit with FC global brand team on new global brand content for local deployment, access and deploy as required for Always-On medical marketing outreach.
- Ensure all medical brand activities and content adhere and align with global brand guidelines and local regulatory guidelines, including RA approvals.
- Lead, plan, prepare and manage HCP content for detailing, including upload onto Veeva vault for approvals.
- Lead digital conference tools and set-up, including global event management tools such as spotme + planning and support on conferences.
- Overall team management and execution of 17 DIF (team KPIs) - call reach/coverage, strike rate, Call Objective and CLM usage
- Lead, plan and manage fieldwork excellence
- Drive and manage external vendors and key stakeholder as necessary
- Support overall Brand team efforts in early acquisition (HCP-led channels)
- Lead, plan and manage RTF/ Teats forecast & inventory management
- Lead, prepare, manage and support consumer-facing product FAQ content and responses alongside Community lead
- Create, prepare and support new product content for both HCP (medical marketing team) and Consumer (alongside BM) for deployment
- Lead training on Brand product nutrition knowledge for consumer facing call-center
- Support SM Lead on content integration + co-ordination with various functional team members

**Experience and Education**
- At least 1 year experience in FMCG/Nutrition/Medical sales or key account management.
- Prefer Diploma or higher education
