This role covers both the procurement function and technical service program for the organization. This includes the broader procurement process of planning, purchasing, coordination of inbound lubricant products and inventory management (Singapore & Indonesia Territories). Under the technical service program, the employee is responsible for planning, coordinating, and dispatching of lubricant analysis materials in Singapore and the Asia Pacific Region. This role reports directly to the Purchasing & MSLA Assistant Manager.

**Primary Job Functions**:

- Planning & purchasing of lubricant products for both Singapore and Indonesia markets.
- Coordinating with the principal (manufacturer) for all issued POs for timely inbound to our designated warehouses.
- Support all aspects of the procurement function including forecasting, planning, and order processing.
- Execute the end-to-end process of dispatching lubricant analysis materials while updating delivery status onto the principal’s portal. This includes communication of changes incurred in dispatching and delivery lead-time to the relevant parties.
- Track and manage inventories of lubricant analysis materials for forecasting and planning purposes.
- Perform and assist other duties related to lubricants inventory and lubricant analysis materials.

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- Proficient in English Language (written and spoken).
- Good organizational skills and time management with the ability to manage multiple tasks within a timeframe.
- Detail Oriented.
- Demonstrates agility, able to work independently and collaboratively.
- Demonstrates a self-motivated, dynamic, proactive individual who takes initiative and works as a team player.
- Ability to problem solve independantly and still work well with other departments.

**Working Hours**:
Mondays to Fridays

**Contract Duration**:
6 months with option to extend
