Singapore Public Service Division Full time

**What the role is**
- The Communications Cluster in Public Service Division (PSD) is seeking a talented and dynamic content producer to join our team. You will play a pivotal role in producing and creating engaging content for the public and fellow public officers, and leverage on internal and external platforms to shape narratives. If compelling stories, authentic conversations and pushing boundaries are your thing, we’d love to hear from you.

**What you will be working on**
- Your specific job responsibilities are to:

- Plan, research and create quality digital content to deliver communications outcomes for service-wide initiatives such as employer branding, ServiceSG and Public Sector Transformation;
- Manage and optimise digital platforms such as websites and social media to reach the target audience effectively;
- Monitor and analyse content performance metrics to improve future content strategies;
- Support key whole-of-government events with start-to-end video and photography coverage;
- Manage and upkeep production equipment.
- Background in content production or related fields
- Experience in video production, including conceptualisation, scripting, filming and editing
- Experience with web traffic and performance analytics will be a plus
- Well-versed in online and social media trends
- Able to work irregular hours, when needed, to accommodate production schedules

- [Marketing Communications Strategy and Planning] Develop and implement marketing, communications and engagement plans
- [Content Creation and Curation] Conceptualise, develop and deliver content for range of platforms, in particular digital and social media platforms
