**Roles & Responsibilities**

**Job Scope**

The person will be responsible to support our in-house developers to develop and maintain essential project documentation and user guides. He / she will also support the development of business intelligence reports, as well as, deployment of extract, transform and loading (ETL) of scripts based on templates developed by our in-house developers.

**Documentation**
- Development of User guide documentation

**Development**
- Tedious requirements analysis work such as going through data query files and tabulating the source tables/fields required.
- Development and deployment of ETL scripts based on templates created by Co-Lab’s in house developers
- Development and deployment of business intelligence reports

**Project Management**
- Raising & Tracking Service Requests for deployment/Troubleshooting, Software pushdown, opening Firewall ports for user to server and server to servers
- Raising/Tracking Computer Account Request forms to create user or Application accounts to access servers
- Keep track of issues logged by users and ensure it has been resolved within Service Level Agreements
- Document list of all user accounts who have been granted access to Insights Databases
- Document list of all control-M jobs in Insights and track the job failure if any is addressed by responsible support personnel within SLA
- Create Test cases for various project rollouts and to be quality assurance officer i.e. to verify test cases are passed before users start User Acceptance Test

**Requirements**:

- Should be IT Savvy and conversant in the use of various Microsoft Office Applications.
- Independent, proactive and a good team player, with the ability to handle tight deadlines.
- Professional Qualifications in IT would be preferred.
- Studies in Information Technology would be a bonus

**Duration**

6 months

**Gross Salary**
$1800

**Working hours**

Monday to Thursday: 8.30am - 6pm

Friday: 8.30am - 5.30pm
