We currently offer the following position in our office in Singapore_ _which will be hybrid.

**Senior Facilities and Sustainability Engineer**:
**OVERVIEW**:
Responsible for assisting his/her supervisor in promoting, managing, and meeting Sustainability objectives and targets.

**YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Establish, implement, and maintain Facilities and Sustainability procedures
- Manage Facilities contractors and vendors to meet organization’s requirements and service levels
- Identify and lead Facilities and Sustainability initiatives in areas such as energy management, waste reduction, and leasehold improvement projects
- Collaborate with other departments to promote and incorporate sustainability practices that are aligned to company’s environmental targets
- Monitor Facilities and Sustainability metrics (such as energy, waste, and service levels), conduct audits and recommend improvement measures
- Critically analyze and recommend Facilities and Sustainability projects to senior management
- Conduct Facilities and Sustainability trainings (including orientation, inductions, OJTs, briefings, etc.)
- Ensure direct reports comply and adhere to company code of conduct, required footwear and dress code by company policies.
- Assist in events such as continual improvement Kaizens, where required.
- Assist in ad-hoc duties required to meet department’s objectives
- Ensure the department operates under the Quality Management System and Environment, Health & Safety (EHS) requirements and to address EHS issues raised by associates

**YOUR PROFILE**:

- Diploma or Degree in Engineering discipline such as Facilities Management, Mechanical Engineering, or Environment engineering
- Minimum 4-7 years of relevant experience in facilities management, and/or sustainability
- Singapore Certified Energy Manager (SCEM) would be an added advantage
- Sound knowledge of Facilities and Sustainability management initiatives such as PUB water efficiency management plan, BCA Green Mark, NEA Energy Efficiency
- Familiarity with Energy Management Systems, Waste Management and Control
