Available to work on Saturdays, Sundays & Public Holidays

**Responsibilities**:

- Operate and maintain laundry pressing machines
- Sort and arrange laundered items for pressing
- Adjust temperature, pressure, and steam on the presser according to the material and type of fabric
- Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards are met
- Follow safety procedures and guidelines when working with the machines
- Communicate with the laundry team to coordinate tasks and ensure timely completion of pressing dutiesReport any equipment malfunctions or repairs needed to the maintenance departmentKeep the work area clean and organized

**Requirements**:

- Physical stamina and strength to operate laundry press machines for extended periods
- Attention to detail to ensure proper pressing of garments
- Knowledge of different types of fabrics and their pressing requirements
- Ability to work efficiently while maintaining quality standards
- Basic math skills to calculate pressing times and temperatures
- Good communication skills to work effectively with other laundry staff
- Willingness to work evenings, weekends and public holidays
- Prior experience in a laundry or dry-cleaning facility preferred
