Ensures compliance with the company’s quality policies, international standards and regulations. Responsible for ensuring the business maintains compliance with the company’s policies, core processes and international standards, models and regulations. Responsible for planning, execution, recording of audit results, assessing maturity of processes and recommending good practices. Follow up of audit activities, aligned to the approved audit plan and in line with the required and recognized processes and procedures. Provides support in reviews conducted by other audit programs, their external auditors and representatives.

**_ Responsibilities: _**
- Leads project teams responsible for the audit and assessment of business quality systems, policies and practices to ensure compliance with internal, industry, and client quality standards and requirements across multiple segments and business areas.
- Oversees all aspects of the audit process, including development and execution of the audit plan, recording and analysis of data, and creation of audit reports.
- Consults with senior business leaders to communicate audit report and results, provide tangible feedback and propose changes to overall business processes and policies to improve quality and minimize risk of failures.
- Manages and expands relationships with internal partners, clients and industry standards organizations for quality audits, quality management and building quality culture.
- Provides domain-specific expertise and overall quality leadership and perspective to cross-organization projects, programs, and activities.
- Drives innovation and integration of new technologies and initiatives into audit and assessment processes and activities.
- Provides guidance and mentoring to less
- experienced staff members.

**_ Education and Experience Required: _**
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Quality Management, Business Management, Engineering, Computer Sciences, or equivalent.
- Audit/assessment certification required.
- Lean Six Sigma or other Quality certification preferred.
- Project management certification such as PMP/PMI certification preferred.
- Typically 6-10 years experience.

**_ Knowledge and Skills: _**
- Extensive experience with using audit and assessment processes, tools and software packages to gather, integrate and analyze data from multiple sources.
- Excellent analytical, statistics and problem solving skills.
- Evaluating forms of empirical and root-cause analysis, modeling and testing methodologies to validate compliance with quality standards.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; mastery in English and local language.
- Ability to effectively communicate quality audit reports and results and negotiate options at senior management levels.
