COMPANY DESCRIPTION
Montfort Care will continue to grow our services and enhance our ability to impact more lives. In this connection, we are hiring talent to join our team in our HQ functions, social service support and direct social service.
RESPONSIBILITIES
The Programme Associate primarily assists in implementation of initiatives and development plans that are congruent with the organisation’s goals and the needs of the community. With guidance from the Programme Manager, he /she will ensure the proper execution of the above-mentioned initiatives and development plans.
**RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES**:
- Handle general office administration tasks such as answering phones, intake, filing documents, and ordering office supplies
- Develop marketing materials such as brochures, pamphlets, or newsletters to promote the organization’s mission and services to community
- Assist with event planning and administration, including developing invitations and registering guests
- Monitor programme results to ensure that objectives are being met
- Assist in monitoring expenditure to ensure it is within the budget
- Ensure Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) will be met within the timeline as per funding agencies’ requirement
- Prepare the relevant and required information for annual service reports
- Manage databases of service users and other stakeholders
- Work with volunteers on executing effective programmes
- Provide any other support as assigned/required
QUALIFICATIONS
- Possess Diploma in any discipline from an accredited institution
OTHER INFORMATION
**RELEVANT EXPERIENCE**:
- Prior experience in assisting event or programme design, planning and implementation will be an advantage
- Fresh graduates may welcome to apply
