Sr Associate Technician Production, Process Expert

Responsibilities 职责:
- PE-Lab: Perform sample collection and analysis
- Collect routine and ad-hoc samples
- Perform sample analysis and report the result to technology expert / team captain on timely basis
- Support field activities during start-ups / shutdowns
- Simple troubleshooting of lab equipment and escalate to TC for follow up.
- Participate in training for inadvertent mixing effects, chemical handling, exposure limits and health impact.
- Conduct Behavior Based Observations (BBO) and communicate HazRecs and Near Miss Incidents.
Qualifications 要求:
**Required Yrs Exp**:3-6 years experience
**Required Education**:Have a technical diploma; have or working towards having a recognized certification in a relevant EHS discipline
**Required Knowledge/Skills/Abilities**:
- Possess good working knowledge on environmental, health and safety issues.
- Able to work as a team player, supporting team goals.
- Able to work in chemical environment
- Knowledge of standards for chemical handling
- Understand sample handling methods, hazards involved and PPE required
**Desirable Knowledge/Skills/Abilities**:
- Able to work with people of diverse backgrounds.
- Understand organizational relationships and support organizational goals.
- Fully understand and adhere to established policies, procedures and guidelines.
- Understand analytical skills.
- Display ability to describe work, and understand others effectively.
