**What the role is**
- 1) Administer the issuance of all fines and notices as recommended by the Enforcement Teams.
2) To monitor payment status and undertake follow-up action to send reminder notices.
3) To manage all payment arrears and refund payment processes.
4) To administer and serve court summons to defendants.
5) Consolidate court prosecution statistics for analysis.
6) Familiar with Robotic Process Automation (RPA) UI Path software for data extraction and analytics.
**What you will be working on**
- 1) Generate Notices daily and ensure they are delivered via registered mail on time.
2) Monitor the status of the compounding of composition fines. Generate reminders when the deadline lapses. Alert team lead and prosecution officer for any cases of non-payment.
3) Liase with Fire Safety Online Processing System (FISOPS) vendor and MHA Finance on payment errors and process refund in FSSC (Finance Shared Service Centre)
4) Generate court summon from Integrated Case Management System (ICMS) and serve notices to defendant (by post or hand-serve) and prepare the affidavit.
5) Consolidate prosecution charges and outcome details in spreadsheet for analysis.
6) Bi-weeky, using RPA to extract and consolidate issuance of all notices for statistical analysis and monitoring of non-payments.
**What we are looking for**
- 1) Ability to work independently and proficiency in using Microsoft programs such as Word and Excel.
2) Keen eye for details and an analytical mind is essential.
