
EHS Assistant Manager

a) Assist the stakeholders to identify any unsafe condition or unsafe work practice
b) Recommend stakeholders to implement reasonable and practical measure
c) Assist in developing and monitoring EHS programme and policies
d) Conduct EHS (Environmental, Health & Safety) inspection/surveys within Land Systems plants and recommend appropriate corrective measures
e) Establish and deliver/communicate EHS deliverables and training
f) Assist in the investigations and reporting of accidents/incidents and recommend preventive and correctives measures
g) Plan and conduct internal and external audits as per statutory requirements (i.e. ISO 14001 and ISO 45001)
h) Monitoring of EHS work plan and objectives
i) Plan and coordinate Industrial Health Monitoring reports
j) Review and update of EHS documents (i.e. Risk Assessment, Safe Work Procedures, Lifting Plan)
k) Coordination and implementation for EHS Management Review meeting
l) Assist to coordinate and conduct WSH&E Steering Committee meeting
M) All other ad-hoc duties as inform by Management
**Job Requirements**
a) Minimum a Diploma in an engineering or equivalent field. Registered WSHO (MOM) with at least 3 years of post-registration and practical experience
b) Knowledge on manufacturing processes will be an advantage
d) Ability to consult and influence stakeholders, collaborate with other and value their contribution
e) Be dynamic, self-motivated, proactive, results-orientated & organized in time management
f) Excellent team spirit, strong technical competence, good negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
