**ABOUT JOHN PAUL**

**ASSIGNMENT**

The Employee Loyalty Corporate Concierge are responsible for fielding and fulfilling personal and professional requests from the onsite clients and corporate employees, including travel/destination management, dining/entertainment arrangements, gift-buying, meeting/party/special event planning. The concierge will be stationed on-site accommodating a Monday through Friday work schedule, working from 8:00am-5:00pm daily. Approximately 10% travel may be required.

CORPORATE CONCIERGE KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Handle a wide range of personal requests for employees/clients
- Market services onsite in accordance with client guidelines
- Cultivate professional relationships with clients
- Thoroughly document and track client request(s) in database.
- Maintain up-to-date information on clients profiles as well as vendor information.
- Participate in achieving team goals and offer support to teammates whenever necessary
- Create weekly/monthly newsletter to distribute to clients that provides local event information and promotions
- Provide Account Manager with monthly reports outlining request volume, newsletter distribution list numbers, update calendar of events for assigned city, commission amounts and overview of vendor relations.
- Engage in Team Conference Calls.
- Follow up with clients after completion of requests to promote positive survey returns.
- As an ambassador, provide exceptional service to all clients aligned with the John Paul brand.
- Promote collaboration with team members, and management, to sustain a respectful work environment.
- Adhere to company and client procedures and policies, including Dress Code, Attendance, and Punctuality.
- Any other duties that are needed to drive to the vision, fulfill our mission, and abide by the values of this organization

**CORPORATE CONCIERGE JOB REQUIREMENTS**
- 1-2 years of domestic and international travel booking experience required (air, accommodations, rail, tours, cruises, etc.)
- Experience booking complex, multi-city travel preferred
- Notary Public certification is a plus
- Strong computer skills including a strong background using the internet
- Advanced knowledge of Apple and Apple products
- Proficient in Microsoft Office including (but not limited to): PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Publisher, and Outlook
- Proficient in English and Chinese, written and/or spoken.
- Excellent organizational skills, time management, and attention to detail
- Excel in building and maintaining excellent relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Ability to work effectively in the position
