Job Responsibilities
- Plans and manage the project team.
- Prepare the manpower, machinery and materials requirement for the project.
- Coordinates site progress, manpower and machineryutilisation and mobilisation schedules.
- Liaise with Consultants and sub-contractors engaged on the project.
- Prepare site progress repors and monitoring project activities.
- Verify sub-contractor's work done.
- Review the work progress on daily basis.
- Attend regular meetings with owner/client/sub-contractors and ensure the progress is on schedule.
- Carry out-in-progress inspection and joint inspection.
- Conduct safety and environmental risk assessment of projects handled.
- Identify and comply with all applicable statutory/regulatory requirements related to project.
- Resolve any unexpected technical problems.

Job Requirements
- Degree in Civil / Structural Engineering or equivalent.
- Min 10 years' relevant working experience in Construction field.
- Good communication, self-initiative and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organisatioin and leadership skills.
- Able to work in fast paced environment.
