**Responsibilities**
- Assist in the implementation of the Enterprise Risk Management framework and other risk related policies and methodologies
- Facilitate and review risk assessments for key business operations, strategic investments and major projects
- Support activities relating to market and credit risks such as monitoring and reporting of risk exposures and credit reviews
- Develop Key Risk Indicators for monitoring and decision-making
- Support Risk Committee and Committee in delivering their terms of reference
- Drive risk management culture through working with business units to educate and create awareness of risk management accountability
- Provide advisory to business on compliance and regulatory matters
- Support on-going compliance reporting requirements
**Requirements**:
- Diploma or a Bachelor Degree in related field
- Minimum 8 years of relevant experience.
- Experience in Compliance/ Risk Management is a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
