We're looking for motivated and driven individuals to join us as **Next-Gen Wealth Advisors** — a role designed specifically for those stepping into their careers post-NS. This opportunity provides comprehensive training, mentorship, and fast-track progression to help you build a successful career in **financial advisory and wealth management**.

No prior financial experience needed — just the right attitude and willingness to grow.

**What You’ll Do**:

- Assist individuals and families in achieving their financial goals
- Provide professional advice on savings, insurance, investments, and retirement planning
- Build strong, long-term client relationships based on trust and service
- Identify clients' needs and recommend suitable financial solutions
- Acquire new clients through referrals, social platforms, and outreach activities
- Stay updated on financial products, market trends, and regulations
- Continuously upgrade yourself with training, certifications, and team support

**You Are**:

- ORD or completing National Service soon
- At least GCE ‘A’ Level / Diploma / Degree in any field
- A good communicator with strong interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated and performance-driven
- Passionate about personal growth and helping others
- Open to learning and development in financial advisory

**Preferred (but not required)**:

- Prior experience in sales, customer service, or leadership
- Active on social media or have a personal network

Pay: $2,300.00 - $4,000.00 per month

Expected hours: 15 - 25 per week
