**Roles Responsibilities**
This position reports to the Human Resources (HR) director and interfaces with Organisation managers and HR staff. **Specific Responsibilities**
1. Develop marketing plans and ensure that the plans, messages and objectives are aligned with business strategy and are in place to improve brand positioning and delivered effectively and accurately to targeted audiences.
2. Trainee to also ensure successful implementations of the strategic marketing plans.
3. Evaluate impact and effectiveness of marketing programs and do a review on them to identify weaknesses and develop solutions within budget constraints.
4. Keep up to date with market developments and competitor strategies while gathering customer and market insights to improve on current measures and plans to drive business and brand awareness for the company.
5. Create content and develop creative briefs and identify creative directions of the company to meet objectives for all advertising and public-facing communications.
6. Create prints, digital and maybe even videos and other attractive promotional materials with key messages and content syndication.
7. Build and maintain social media presence and create writing and deliver content with social media plans.
8. Do online giveaways, and other social media ideas to boost business.
9. Manage websites and the design of the promotional materials online.
10. Engage influencers, offer sponsorships and partnerships.
**Technical Skills and Competencies**
1. Develop marketing plans with specific objectives
2. Measure and evaluate effectiveness of programs and initiatives, do market analysis
3. Create content for marketing programs and identify creative directions
4. Responsible for website and social media management
Attachment Period: 6 months with possible conversion to full-time
