We are seeking a warm and professional **Aesthetic Clinic Consultant**to serve as the first point of contact for our clinic. In this role, you’ll manage client relationships, schedules, and inquiries to ensure an excellent client experience while supporting the clinic's daily operations.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist the doctor during aesthetic procedures, ensuring a smooth and safe process.
- Prepare and sterilize treatment rooms, equipment, and tools before and after procedures.
- Monitor client comfort and provide pre
- and post-treatment care instructions.
- Greet and welcome clients in a professional and friendly manner.
- Handle appointment scheduling, client inquiries, and follow-up coordination.
- Maintain accurate client records, including medical histories and treatment details.
- Promote clinic services, treatment packages, and skincare products.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front office and treatment environment.

**Requirements**:

- Prior experience in customer service, front office, or aesthetic clinic roles is an advantage.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
- Good command of English and Chinese (additional languages are a plus).
- Positive attitude and excellent problem-solving abilities.
- Passion for aesthetics, client care, and the wellness industry.
