**Functional Overview**

The Corporate Team in Singapore handles all corporate action events across Global markets for wealth clients. From scrubbing the initial announcement from agent to final credit to the clients account, the team is responsible for day to day processing of the corporate action along with providing tax treaty benefits for certain markets.

**Responsibilities**
- To handle Corporate Action team to ensure day to day BAU process on Corporate Action events for all markets are processed accurately, timely and to manage escalations from the team
- Able to demonstrate people leadership skill by supervising a team for running the assigned scopes
- To understand the new business initiatives and analysis the possibility to support the functions based on the current capacity or required for any system enhancement.
- Able to run the projects or ad hoc tasks when business driven (e.g. system upgrade or Swift upgrade or ad hoc request raised by business).
- Perform all the ad hoc supports for the manager whenever applicable.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education is required
- Product knowledge: Equity, Bonds, and structured products is preferred
- Previous experience in dealing with Avaloq is an advantage
- 6-8 years’ experience of working in Corporate Actions within Private Bank
- Fluent in written and spoken English
