**FullStack Developer**

**Responsibilities**:

- Utilise Redux Toolkit for efficient state management.
- Collaborate with frontend and backend developers to integrate AWS services.
- Conduct thorough code reviews and provide constructive feedback.
- Follow best practices for coding, testing, and deployment.
- Work closely with design and product teams to ensure a seamless user experience.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues in a timely manner.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in both frontend and backend development.
- Extensive experience with React JS and Redux Toolkit.
- Strong knowledge of backend technologies and AWS services.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Ability to conduct thorough and constructive pull request reviews.
- A security-first mindset in all aspects of development.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Strong work ethic and ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Experience with Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) and prompt engineering is a plus.-
