**Key Responsibilities**:
- Research and develop cutting-edge MFT strategies, particularly within the cryptocurrency domain.
- Incorporate a rich tapestry of data sources, including alternate and macroeconomic data, to predict and capitalize on market movements.
- Provide in-depth analysis of technical indicators, synthesizing their significance in constructing and enhancing trading strategies.
- Ensure the robustness, resilience, and low latency of our trading models in live environments.
- Liaise closely with our technical team to ensure seamless strategy implementation.
- Stay on the pulse of market trends, technological advancements, and best practices to keep our strategies ahead of the curve.
**Required Qualifications and Skills**:
- Demonstrable experience in medium frequency trading, with a spotlight on cryptocurrency markets.
- Mastery over Python and associated data analytics and machine learning toolkits.
- A profound understanding of technical indicators and their pivotal role in trading strategy development.
- Experience with modeling techniques that incorporate a diverse array of data sources.
- Solid grounding in the technicalities of both centralized and DeFi platforms.
- Analytical, innovative, and technically adept, coupled with excellent communication skills.
- Degree in Finance, Mathematics, Computer Science, or other quantitative domains.
**Preferred**:
- Prior exposure to a highly technical and nimble proprietary trading environment.
- Familiarity with risk management practices within the trading sphere
