IHiS and implementation partners. This allows MOHT’s teams to be responsive to real needs, as

demonstrated by actual data, and nimble in evolving prototypes and scalable solutions.

The main tools being used are:
1. Agile development on cloud based environment

2. Solution architecture design and development

3. Data analytics and modelling to understand healthcare flows and resource usage

4. Artificial Intelligence

Current Initiatives:

- Passive and active sensing tools for patient lifestyle understanding and improvement
- Tele-health monitoring solutions for connected care
- Digital phenotyping
- Data analytics, including for patient flow analysis

**Responsibilities**
- Working on technical design, implementation and testing of the digital solutions(mainly on the backend)
- Working closely with business and systems analysts and other developers
- Leading backend development and collaboration
- Providing support for solution deployment and operation
- Writing technical documentation and doing knowledge transferring & sharing
- Exploring new technologies/methodologies/tools for projects

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree(or above) in computer science or other related specialties
- At least 5 years’ experience of IT solution implementation
- Python and Web Applicatioion Framework (e.g. Django, Flask) or.NET Core Web API, Worker Service and other framework
- Content Management System (CMS), e.g. Wagtail
- Backend development with micro service architecture and RESTful API, or Fullstack development;
- Data processing, machine learning
- Container/Docker, Devops, Cloud (AWS, Azure, etc.)
- Able to lead the backend development team on task planning, progress tracking and helping other junior team members
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal
