IT Engineer

- Position Title**:IT Engineer (L1)/ Desktop Support Engineer**:

- Working Location: Kaki Bukit
- Working Hours: 5 days, Monday to Friday (9.00 am to 6.00 pm)
- Salary Package**: Up to $2800 + OT**:

- Duration: 1-year contract

**Key Responsibilities**
- Support on-site and remote end-users to resolve IT-related issues (hardware/software/network) on their notebooks/desktops and related peripherals.
- Troubleshoot and deploy/support Windows 10 and MSOffice products.
- Troubleshoot desktop, printer, scanner, RF scanner, label printer and laptop issues.
- Resolve issues that occur outside work hours whenever needed.
- Other tasks and projects as assigned by Reporting Manager or Management.
