**Job Description**:

- Lead a team of storemen to perform daily warehousing operations
- Co-ordinate with internal and external customers on all operations related requirements
- Ensure prompt issues of goods for delivery to internal and external customers
- Ensure incoming goods received are in good condition and correct quantity
- Resolve daily operations issues with other departments
- Ensure inventory accuracies and report on any discrepancies
- Ensure good housekeeping and safety, equipment in the warehouse are up to performance standard
- Ensure that procedures and work instructions are carried out diligently
- Perform any other duties as assigned by the Superior
- Oversee of daily warehouse activities
- Ensure proper storage of goods
- Ensure warehouse activities carry out in efficient manner and comply with safety standard and guidelines
- Communicate and attend to customer on their need/request
- Resolve of any feedback/complaints from customer
- Conduct investigation and implement preventive/corrective action on all IER due to non-compliance of SOP/SWI
- Manage and control OT to minimize operational costs
- Improvise the current warehouse processes to enhance operational efficiency for better productivity gain.
- Maintain proper 5S in warehouse
- Oversee the cleanliness and pest control activities of the storage areas
- Management of SAP system to ensure all stock and inventory status are kept up to date
- Reporting any discrepancies following the non-conformity handling and CAPA procedures
- Able to work in construciton sites as supervisor or site incharge
- able to work as safety supervisor & rigger signal works also
- Able to perform as a full time driver for forlift / scissorlift/van/lorry

**Job Requirments**:
, Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in any field.
- At least 8-10 years of relevant experience in a Warehouse/Logistics environment/construction site
- Able to multi-task and self-organised
- MUST possess a valid forklift license / scissorlift livense / class 3 and preferably with reach truck driving experience
- Fit and able to carry heavy loads
- Able to perform overtime as and when required
- First Aider would be preferred
- Must be willing to work in the Tuas if needed able to stary in Tuas
- must holding safety supervisor certificate
- Possess positive attitude and initiative
- Able to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines
- Ability to work well as a team
- Possess good communication skills - both written and verbal
- Proficient in MS Word and MS Excel
