**Responsibilities**:

- Relationship manager for regulated money services businesses and banks.
- Directly responsible for driving income for the above segment of clients especially for wholesale banknotes, remittance services and cross-selling the bank’s suite of products.
- Partnering product partners in Treasury Markets and Transaction Banking to drive revenue growth and cross-sell between these products to this specialised client segments.
- Direct responsibility for all KYC/ CDD functions for this segment of customers.
- Provide service support for operational and service matters.
- Perform client servicing, Know Your Customer (KYC) and credit activities for banks and money service business.
- To originate and on-board new to bank clients in the respective client segments.
- To champion bank wide initiatives and projects resulting in top line impact to the bank in relation to this segment of customers.
- To actively manage and maintain Know Your Customer and respective customer due diligence.
- To act as first line of defence to all risk aspects to this segment of customers.
- To support relevant P/L relating to the segment of clients.
- Provide support for operational and client service matters.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum Degree/Diploma holder
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in banking industry with strong understanding of KYC / operational processes
- Relevant experience in managing banks money services business clients will be an advantage.
- Strong analytical skills with good understanding in KYC.
- Good management, written and communication skills
- Able to multi-task, self-motivated and result-oriented
- Good team player
