Lion City Sailors is looking for a Video Analyst for the academy.

Lion City Sailors is looking for a Video Analyst for full-time support of our teams. We are looking for someone who is highly passionate about football.

You are a caring and responsible person with great communicative skills and basic computer skills.

You will be:

- Fully responsible for Lion City Sailors’ Academy teams
- Producing individual player analysis and football education programs for all players

**Job Descriptions
- Film, and capture games, training, and other educational content
- Analyse player development through training/match footage and coach assessments to assist in creating individual development programs and aiding player pathways.
- Analyse match footage providing insights to the relevant coaching staff and creating detailed reports to facilitate game plan creation
- Create age and learning style-appropriate educational content on a team, unit, and most importantly individual basis to meet the needs of the LCS Coaching Curriculum and Academy Development Plan and football methodology
- Continually maintain individual player development databases for use in tracking and benchmarking players throughout the system
- Sharing of relevant video, data and other resources with staff, players and parents using various technology platforms

**Requirements
- Experience in working within the relevant age groups (preferably in an Academy/Player Development environment)
- 2+ years of professional football support within coaching or analysis at either senior or desirably youth level
- Possess the level and breadth of knowledge to do the job e.g. understanding of a defined system, method or procedure, legal or regulatory frameworks etc
- Computer skills (in particular Word/Excel/Hudl).
- High levels of communication skills, both orally and written.
- Personable and enthusiastic with a strong work ethic.
- Sensitive to the needs of (young) players and parents/guardians
- Willingness to work weekends and evenings.

Plus (Will be advantageous)
- Coaching and/or teaching experience at similar level and/or ages.
- Use and appreciation of psychological profiling and learning styles.
