Minimum 2 years experience.

Job requirements:

- Coordinate and oversee multiple renovation sites simultaneously, ensuring that all work is completed on schedule and within budget.
- Communicate with clients, contractors, and sales designers to ensure that projects are proceeding smoothly and that any issues are resolved quickly.
- Manage project budgets and timelines, ensuring that all costs are accounted for and that projects are completed on time.
- Review and approve contractor bids and proposals.
- Create and maintain project schedules, timelines, and budgets.
- Prepare regular progress reports and provide updates to project managers and clients.
- Ensure that all necessary permits and approvals are obtained before work begins.
- Maintain accurate records of all project-related documentation, including contracts, change orders, and invoices.
- Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure that work is being completed to the required standard.
- Attend regular project meetings and provide input as needed.
