As a Manufacturing (Smart Lean) Intern, you will work closely with engineers to support the Smart Lean Program, focusing on the implementation of industry best practices. You will help facilitate Smart Lean Program (SLP) events such as workshops, trainings, and roadshows, contributing to continuous improvement initiatives and operational excellence.

**What you will do**:

- Support the implementation of industry best practices on the production floor
- Work collaboratively to identify improvement opportunities and propose effective solutions
- Assist in organizing and participating in Smart Lean workshops, meetings, and training sessions
- Help document and map current processes to enhance efficiency
- Contribute to fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

**What you bring**:

- Experience_
- Undergraduate in Engineering or Business Operations
- Knowledge in Microsoft Excel, Power BI, Power Automate and Power Apps is an added advantage
- Knowledge in Lean Six Sigma and improvement methodologies is a plus.
