Senior Analyst, Onsite Operations

- Overall ownership over maintaining campaigns and landing pages across the desktop, app and mobile site platforms.
- Support daily campaign operations that will help to drive visibility, exposure and assortment onsite.
- Build, execute and successfully deliver mega, cross category campaign pages and any merchandising initiatives at scale on the platform.
- Monitor, optimize and strategize onsite user experience and flow across various onsite channels and real estates.
- Be the bridge between the business and product teams to actively communicate local business needs and escalate any system defects.
- Be the expert by understanding key functional and non-functional capabilities or limitations of the system and its individual modules that will drive the merchandising on campaign landing pages from both a business and design perspective.
- Define the best practices for page operations in setting up campaign pages to ensure proper governance.
- Proactively take corrective actions to troubleshoot system issues that are potential blockers to the operations of the campaigns.
- Lead an offshore team of onsite operations on pages build up in timely & accurate manner
**Job Requirements**
- Diploma/Degree in any discipline
- 1-2 years of experience in eCommerce, digital business merchandising, preferably with on-site optimization management
- Innovative, tech savvy and a creative problem solver and trouble shooter
- Familiar with web authoring and publishing tools or content management systems
- Strong planning and project/program management skills
- Excellent communication skills & interpersonal skills
