**Responsibilties**
- Manage several solar projects in Singapore, ensuring milestones and KPIs are met.
- Understand project specific requirements and plan construction accordingly, identifying potential risks and main milestones
- Tracking and monitoring of several projects schedules and budget, flagging out any potential deviations in terms of timings and costing
- End to end management of solar projects, including managing project engineers on site
- Engage contractors, third parties and internal resources in an effective and efficient manner to ensure projects run smoothly
- Work with multi-disciplinary teams to identify project risks, barriers, and issues and propose possible solutions and mitigation strategies
- Provide up-to-date, data-based, project progress report to management
- Enforce quality checklists for review or inspection of solar projects
- Manage and interact with client throughout construction
- Analyze costs and benefits of proposed designs or projects and performing cost reduction analyses for solar systems

**Requirements**:
Education/Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering
- At least 8 years of working experience with 5 years managing construction and installation projects
- Prior renewable energy or construction industry experience, particularly solar preferred

Core Requirements
- Proven track record of effective communications with project stakeholders
- Good project management skills with ability to report in a clear and concise manner
- Excellent interpersonal skills with strong verbal and written communication abilities
