As a Nursing Aide/Healthcare Assistant, you will assist in the nursing clinical operations of Holistique Health Pte Ltd and ensuring appropriate delivery of care to our clients at home.

Key responsibilities:

- Perform various home based nursing duties and assisting with the ADLs (Activities of Daily Living) of the client at home
- Feed back to Staff Nurses for the case management of clients.
- Working closely with supervisor and partner health organisations.
- Home based duties with some clinic duties.
- Other duties as instructd by Senior Nurse on duty
- May require travelling as per needs of the client.

**Requirements**:

- Degree/Diploma in Nursing from a foreign institution or Healthcare Assistant Certification from Singapore
- Able to work independently
- Ability to follow instructions from Staff Nurses
- Having own transport will be an advantage.
