- Day to day warehouse operations to ensure policies and procedures are completed in compliance.
- Ensure Safety and Security standards of the warehouse.
- Work with sales team and finance team to ensure proper reporting.
- Manage facility organization and cleanliness.
- Move inventory and materials across facilities.
- Process inventory for delivery.
- Sort, organize and store inventory in the proper location.
- Pack items and label correctly.
- Proper recording of quantity and quality of items during incoming and outgoing shipment, prepare

documentations for stock take and inventory update.
- Report damage immediately to supervisor.
- Liaise with customers on delivery matters
- Perform QA and QC test on items
- Report any discrepancies findings and area of improvements to immediate superior and ensure any operational

issues are resolved promptly.
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

**Job Requirement**
- Minimum “O” level or NITEC
- Experience in customer service will be appreciated
- Ability to work with little supervision and track multiple processes
- Computer-savvy with a working knowledge of inventory software (UBS and etc)
- Outstanding organizational and coordination abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
