**Job Description**:
- Reports to the Head of Private Wealth Management (PWM) Department and the assigned Team’s Team Head respectively.
- Works losely with Client Advisors to assist in handling client relationships as well as executing of investment orders.
- Act as the primary contact for handling the administrative tasks and duties for clients and to experience client advisory frontiers.
- A liaison with the teams of Client Advisors, Investment Products, Compliance, Finance, Operations, IT, etc. for functional efficiency.
- Assists the Client Advisors in promoting Haitong’s PWM investment products, tailored solutions and services to UHNW clients.
- Works closely with the stakeholders including Compliance, Operations, and Risk Management to comply with AML/ KYC account opening requirements.
**Requirements**:
- A university degree in banking/ finance with 5 - 7 years of relevant work experience within private banking or wealth management entity.
- Hands-on experience with on-boarding process and KYC requirements in Private banking
- Knowledge of financial product and technical competence in the understanding and delivery of wealth management solutions.
- Solid and good client and service orientation when interacting with the sophisticated entrepreneurs and high net worth individuals.
- The business proficiency in both written and spoken Mandarin, besides English is one of the preferred job requirements as well, for China/ Taiwan Market.
- Willingness to work under a dynamic environment, multi-tasking skills to handle tight and short assignment and meet project deadlines.
