Project Director, Test Technology

As the Project Managers' Team Leader, you will manage Test Technology & Innovation projects throughout their entire life cycle and employ the necessary project management tools and methods to deliver the projects on a timely and successful fashion. You will also be working with a cross-functional project team, internal and external partners, and will base decisions on analysis of information from multiple sources.
In your new role you will:

- Leading the team of Project Managers in **Test Technology & Innovation **, located in Singapore
- Responsible for deployment and improvement of **project management methodology **, **tooling **, **process **, and training, in close cooperation with the Project Office
- Continuously develop the Project Managers competency and sustainable performance in project management practices, to reach team targets
- Manage team **resource pipeline and personnel assignments **in alignment with global project manager organization and demands from the project portfolio roadmap
- Report to upper level management and resolve escalations
- Liaise with internal partners across various functions and regions, from business division, operations, IT, R&D
- Manage project of low complexity and impact to obtain / maintain **hand-on experience **on the **project environmen **t, **and challenges of any kind

You are best equipped for this task if you have:

- Master's / Bachelor's Degree in Electrical & Electronic Engineering / Material Science with more than 6 years relevant industry experience, and ideally with **Test Technology exposure**:

- More than 4 years experience in **leading teams **of high performance contributors / project managers, and in reporting to senior level management
- **In-depth knowledge in Project Management **, with more than 4 years' experience **leading cross-functional projects of significant complexity in international environment**:

- **Technical knowledge and experience with electronic products **and processes along product lifecycle; experience with electronics industry manufacturing equipment
- Ability to **solve complex problems **via shaping open mindset and cooperation in heterogeneous teams; takes a new perspective on existing solutions; exercises judgment based on the analysis of multiple sources of information
- **Strong interpersonal communication and reasoning skills **for leading and working in matrix organization of international reach; ability to build long lasting relationships and trusted partnerships
- **Willing to travel regionally **on needs basis
