**Introduction**

Device engineer in charge of developing RF devices for advanced technologies

**Your Job**
- Develop, optimize, and qualify RF devices to meet performance requirements
- DOE planning, execution, and analysis of results
- Work with TCAD engineers to predict device split results
- Partner process integration engineers to improve device/yield performance
- Lead/own technical device problem solving
- Interact with internal & external customers and respond to technical queries
- Establish new RF technology design rules, test structures and test methodologies
- Innovate new methods of continuous device improvement

**Required Qualifications**
- Degree/Masters/PhD in Electrical, Electronics Engineering or equivalent
- 5 year’s relevant experience for PhD, >8 years for Degree/Masters
- Wafer Fab FEOL process integration experience is required
- Great interpersonal skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams

**Preferred Qualifications**
- Knowledge of semiconductor device physics and/or RF fundamentals (e.g. S-parameters) is a plus.
- Independent, resourceful, with a positive attitude toward continuous learning & knowledge acquisition.
- Excellent analytical and optimization ski
