Singapore DESIGNED DESIGN ASSOCIATES PTE LTD Full time

**Responsibilities**
- Develop initial design ideas and acquiring key information on potential projects
- Develop high quality conceptual design (hotels, commercial, corporate and residential)
- Coordinate and liaise with other professionals such as architects, clients, consultants, contractors, vendors etc to ensure each project’s success
- Discuss requirements in detail with clients; prepare detailed design drawings, design documents and materials; and set project schedules
- Monitor and inspect assigned project sites occasionally to ensure the design construction are in accordance with the designs / plans
- Prepare technical and drawings efficiently with minimum supervision
- Brainstorm concepts and solutions based on creative directions
- Support the design team with creation, details and design solutions
- Has experience in rendering / illustration works

**Requirements**:

- Diploma / Degree in interior design or equivalent (preferably with architecture background)
- Minimum 4 to 5 years of working experience in the interior design field (commercial/residential or hospitality projects)
- Software skills in AutoCAD, PhotoShop, Excel, Outlook, Powerpoint, Word and other design softwares (e.g. Sketch up Vray/ 3D Studio Max)
- Well-versed in interior detailing and joinery works and other interior finishing details
- Experienced as illustrator or doing any illustration works
- Good communicator, in presentation and interpersonal skills - written and oral
- Possess creativity and alternative thinking to develop new ideas
- Skillful in interior design factors such as space planning, layout and utilization of equipment, furnishings, lightings and colour coordination
- Meticulous, organized, self-motivated and work independently
