Chef de Partie

Prepare food according to the standards set by the Senior Chef de Cuisine.

Check daily mis-en-place, prepare, cook and present food ready to serve members.

Plan, direct, control and co-ordinate the activities with the team as instructed by the Senior Chef de Cuisine to ensure an efficient and smooth food service.

Share new ideas for menus, buffets, desserts, daily specials and food promotions.

Assist in food requisitions, inter-kitchen transfers, inter-departments transfers are done.

Check the quality and quantity of food received from the direct suppliers, food store room and other sub-departments.

Assist control costs by minimizing spoilage, utilizing food surpluses and portion control.

Assist to oversees all machines, equipment and utensils are clean and in working condition at all times.

**Salary**: $2,000.00 - $3,000.00 per month
