**Job Description**:
**What You Will Do**
- Responsible to set-up and operates Grinding/ Surface Grinding.
- Carry out Milling & Grinding for mold-making and inserts for plastic injection.
- Able to read and intertpret engineering drawing.
- Operate surface grinding machine to grind high precision tool to meet specification.
- To meet the manufacturing schedule, according to job assigned.
- Self-inspect finished work-piece before routing to next manufacturing process.
- Carry out preventive maintenance on machining job.
- Carry out work piece inspection.
- Implement improvement on machining efficiency to increase productivity and reduce cost.
- Capable of achieving grinding precision up to 0.005mm.
- Perform any other job duties as assigned.
- Follow established safety rules and regulations.
- Maintain work area (housekeeping)

**Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)**
- Preferably Manufacturing background.
- Able to operate conventional Grinding.
- Experience and knowledge in precision engineering.
- Able to read and interprets engineering/ technical drawings.
- Experience in tool and die making industry will be a plus.
- Check and maintain machinery daily to ensure functionality.
- The ability work closely with others in a team orientated work environment.
- Ability to work in a manufacturing environment.
- Work experience required for this role.
