The Building and Construction Authority (BCA) champions the development and transformation of the built environment sector, to improve Singapore’s living environment. [ What you will be working on]
- Examine current construction processes and methods to establish areas for enhancements.
- Scan for suitable technology, including robotics and automation, which can improve construction productivity.
- Analyse and leverage work sites’ manpower data to support the process re-engineering study and technology scan.
- Integrate proposed solutions into a structured framework for adoption.
- Communicate and engage relevant industry stakeholders to ignite interest and garner buy-in for adoption of proposed solutions.

[What we are looking for]
- At least three years of experience working on construction projects, preferably in the capacity of a design consultant or main contractor.
- A tertiary qualification in construction / project management, architecture, engineering, or other BE-related disciplines (knowledge / expertise in analytics software is an advantage).
- Is resourceful, able to work well independently and in a team; and have a positive mindset, ready to tread in uncharted waters.
