Endoscopy Nurse

This will entail the effective running of Endoscopy Clinics (including gastroscopies and colonoscopies). **Nurses with little or no previous endoscopy experience are welcome** if they are open to learning in a positive and encouraging environment. The nurse is responsible for organising and effecting specialised and cost-efficient care to patients within the benchmark standards of nursing care. The working location will vary weekly between both clinic locations at Jurong and Orchard.

**Qualification/ Working Experience Requirements**:

- Diploma in Nursing
- AED + BCLS certified (preferred)
- Skilled in IV cannula insertion (preferred)
- Demonstrates proficiency in testing, maintenance, using and cleaning of endoscopy equipment

**Roles and responsibilities**
- Pre/Post-scope preparation
- Provide assistance to endoscopists during procedure and ensure patient safety at all times
- Monitoring of patient's vital signs before, during and after the procedure
- Administer necessary medication to patients when needed
- Demonstrate safe handling and maintenance of all endoscopy and specialised equipment
- Competent in handling and administering control drugs and other medications
- Adhere to center's clinical guidelines and protocols to deliver high quality of patient care

Pay: $3,500.00 - $5,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

**Experience**:

- Nursing: 1 year (preferred)

License/Certification:

- Singapore Nursing Board certificate (preferred)
