
Vendor Relations Executive

**Key Responsibilities**
1. Foster strong partnerships for outsourced lift providers to the sourcing team in identifying suitable vendors for operational needs.
2. Manage vendor partnerships, including onboarding, negotiation, sales, margins, MSA agreements and proper documentation on day-to-day basis.
3. Liaising with vendors on proposal submissions, merchandise planning, listing confirmation & linkage to back-office systems.
4. Responsible for proposing new merchandise, and buying for an assigned cluster of Categories.
5. Be in tune with Market trends and gain an in-depth expertise of his/her own Categories.
6. Analyze sales data to derive valuable insights for developing an optimized product range and strategically plan and execute marketing campaigns to enhance sales for both onboard and online.
7. Optimize stock levels by monitoring SKU productivity and ensure stock availability for program launches by coordinating with the purchasing team.
8. Conduct product presentations, training sessions and develop crew incentive schemes for external stakeholders.
9. Prepare sales reports and presentations as required.
10. Manage the entire catalogue production process for each airline accounts in a timely manner by obtaining essential product material assets from brands to publishers and proofreading of catalogue, while maintaining communication with publishers to uphold high-quality production standards.
11. Manage website content, including updating product information and promotions. Collaborate with designers to create website banners.
12. Be the key account manager, liaising end to end with various internal and external stakeholders.
13. Handle any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
**Requirements**:
1. Have min. 4-6 years of relevant working experience.
2. Experienced in Merchandise selection, Vendor management and/or Category Management.
3. Past experience in Ecommerce, Marketing and Promotions is an added bonus.
4. Fast worker, dynamic and results-driven.
5. Good at follow-through, execution and detail-oriented
6. Excel and PowerPoint skills required.
7. Able to write & fluent in Mandarin in order to liaise with Mandarin speaking associates
