JOB SUMMARY

RESPONSIBILITIES

Social Media Management & Execution- Manage social media operations during non-US hours, including triaging and scheduling of posts, approvals process and posting across all platforms in Sprinklr; and management of APAC platforms in KAWO- Assist in planning and execution of social media campaigns, including paid advertising initiatives, to support product launches, events and other marketing efforts from APAC-based stakeholders- Supervise external agencies/third party content creators to ensure guidelines are adhered to in support of achieving corporate and business objectives- Oversee social media listening and community management for APAC

Digital Content Creation- Establish editorial guidelines and social media best practices in APAC aligned with company’s global policies and enhance corporate brand and business profiles- Lead the creation, curation‌ and management of high-quality, engaging content across APAC social media platform (e.g. WeChat, Weibo)- Supervise, develop‌ and edit content for local audiences in South-East Asia, Japan and South Korea

Brand Reputation Management- Ensure all social media activities comply with regional industry regulations, MoM plans and company policies and brand standards- Proactively manage any potential social media issues to protect and uphold brand reputation.

Strategy and Planning:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategies tailored to the EMEA region, aligning with global marketing objectives and brand guidance- Identify key opportunities and trends across social and digital landscapes to drive engagement and brand awareness across CME Group channels

Analytics & Reporting- Analyze engagement data and evaluate effectiveness of organic and paid campaigns- Track and analyze digital video performance metrics via Brightcove and YouTube, generating regular reports to assess the effectiveness of video content used for campaigns.

Collaboration:
- Lead in various cross-functional collaborations on developing multi-language content across CME Group asset classes.- Work closely with the digital, editorial, media, marketing, communications‌ and brand teams to ensure consistent messaging and alignment with business objectives.- Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute innovative ideas for social media campaigns and initiatives.- Collaborate with external partners, influencers, and industry leaders to expand our reach.

Employee Advocacy- Lead CME Group’s employee advocacy program in APAC, ensuring adoption of the tool across Asian locations, including Bangalore, Hong Kong and Singapore- Provide training and guidance to senior executives in APAC on social media best practices and employee advocacy tools

QUALIFICATIONS

Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications‌ or a related field.- Proven experience (5+ years) in social media management, with a track record of success in a similar role.

Skills:
- Proven experience in managing social media platforms and using tools like Sprinklr or KAWO.- Should have experience with social platforms in APAC markets like Line, Kakaotalk, Douyin, QQ, Weibo, WeChat‌ and others.- Strong understanding of social media trends and best practices.- Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment with experience in a regional or global social media management role.- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Mandarin- Basic graphic design skills and familiarity with tools like Adobe Creative Suite, Brightcove a plus.
