We are seeking a talented Store Manager/Teacher with a passion for manicures to lead our team and enhance the skills of our staff.

**Job Summary**:The Store Manager/Teacher will oversee the salon’s daily operations with a focus on manicure services, while also providing expert training and development for our nail technicians. This role combines leadership with a commitment to excellence in nail care, ensuring both operational efficiency and professional growth for the team.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Store Management: _
- Manage daily salon operations, including staff scheduling, client bookings, and service delivery.
- Ensure a high standard of cleanliness and organization in the salon, with a focus on manicure stations.
- Handle customer service inquiries, complaints, and feedback to maintain a positive client experience.
- Monitor inventory levels of manicure supplies and products, placing orders as needed.
- Implement and oversee salon policies, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote manicure services and attract new clients.
- Teaching and Training: _
- Develop and deliver specialized training programs for manicure techniques, including nail art, gel nails, and nail health.
- Conduct hands-on demonstrations and workshops to enhance staff skills and keep them updated with the latest trends and techniques.
- Provide individualized feedback and coaching to support staff development and improve service quality.
- Create and maintain educational materials and resources for ongoing staff training.
- Stay informed about industry innovations and integrate new techniques and products into training programs.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a salon manager or in a leadership role with a focus on manicure services.
- Licensed nail technician or cosmetologist with extensive knowledge and experience in manicure techniques.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to motivate and lead a team effectively.
- Experience in training or teaching is preferred.
