Project Engineer/electrical

**Duties & Responsibilities**
- Assist in the development of electrical engineering projects from start to finish
- Perform calculations to determine the feasibility of proposed designs
- Prepare reports and documentation detailing the progress of projects
- Conduct research to stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments
- Attend meetings with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders
- Observe testing and installation of electrical systems to ensure compliance with safety standards
- Assist in the troubleshooting of electrical problems
- Maintain accurate records of all project data
- Update project plans and schedules as needed
- Provide support to senior engineers as needed
- Perform any other duties as assigned

**Required Skills and Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or related field
- 1-3 years experience in an engineering role, preferably in the electrical engineering field
- Proficient in AutoCAD or similar software
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

**Preferred Skills and Qualifications**
- PLC programming experience
- Experience with power distribution systems
- Familiarity with National Electrical Code
- Project management experience
