**Key Responsibilities**
- Uphold Blum’s customer satisfaction standards through excellent sales service by building good rapport, providing aftersales services and constant follow-up with customers.
- Achieve and exceed individual and boutique sales targets through constant upselling and cross-selling.
- Understanding customer’s needs and recommend related products to enrich their shopping experience.
- Work with the key functional team on boutique’s operations and merchandise-related matters
- Familiar with POS (Point of Sale) Systems and ability to adapt to learn new technologies.
- To carry out visual merchandising in line with the shop concept and to perform general retail housekeeping and inventory management.
- Participate and contribute ideas in the brand awareness campaigns and activities.
**Requirements**:

- Retail working hours
- Excellent communication and problem solving skills
- Fluently bilingual - English and Mandarin (in order to serve Mandarin speaking customers)
- Outstanding sales knowledge and good time management skills
- Experience working in another retail store will be an advantage
- Having an outgoing, friendly, approachable and engaging personality
- Well-groomed and has passion in retail sector

Contract length: 6 months
Part-time hours: 30 per week

**Salary**: From $800.00 per month
