Perform all hardware installation, configurations, upgrades and backup of software at end user locations.
Troubleshoot a broad range of software and hardware failures and identification network problem which relate to PCs, CCTV
Provide support for the WAN/LAN/ TCP IP environment, structure cabling for networking, CCTV,SMATV, PA, Digital Call and Door Access, problem analysis and resolution.
Provide on-site support, maintenance and servicing of equipment’s and system where required
