**What You'll Be Doing**
- **Train the Troops**: Lead our sales squad through engaging, high-energy training sessions that turn novices into pros and ensure they’re ready to crush their goals.
- **Share the Wisdom**: Present new techniques and strategies in a way that makes learning enjoyable. Your mission: turn every sales lesson into a memorable experience.
- **Analyze and Adapt**: Dive into performance metrics, and use your data wizardry to tweak and perfect our training approach. Make sure our team’s sales skills are always on the cutting edge.
- **Coach and Motivate**: Provide one-on-one coaching that’s both inspiring and practical. Be the cheerleader who helps our team reach new heights while keeping the mood fun and upbeat.
- **Innovate and Experiment**: Try out new training methods and creative ideas. If it’s fresh and fun, we want to hear about it
- **Collaborate and Connect**: Work closely with other departments to ensure our training is aligned with company goals and current trends. Teamwork makes the dream work

**Who We Are Looking For**
- At least 2 years of proven sales training
- Collaborative nature with the ability to work effectively within a team or solo, supporting colleagues and contributing to a positive work environment.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: $3,000.00 - $3,800.00 per month

Expected hours: 24 per week
