**Role**: Support Adhesive R&D scientists in development, testing, and scale-up of new adhesive products.

**Responsibilities**:

- Preparation of developmental samples.
- Developmental product performance testing and data reporting.
- Laboratory equipment operation and maintenance.
- Chemical storage and inventory, lab consumables management.
- Collects, organizes, and reports data and conclusions in WORD, EXCEL, and PowerPoint formats, utilizing appropriate charts and tables.
- Issues professional, formal reports upon completion of projects.
- Chemical list, sample list, and evaluation data, customer test feedback management, and documentation.
- Works safely and wears personal protective equipment in required areas.
- Assigned lab hands-on work.
**About you**:

0 - 3 years' of working experience
- Experience in chemical and raw material handling
- Experience in coating paint or adhesive industry is an advantage
